Auburn St. Bennie Ber, AIA, for owner (Young Construction Co., Inc) requests a Certificate from the Commission for changes to the site, including a new building for 7 residential units attached to the basement of the existing structure, maintaining the existing building (converting office use to 1 residential use), and changes to the site plan with updated landscape and removal of surface parking. A previous Certificate of Appropriateness was received for this property on June 26, 2025; however, the Certificate’s original approved plans were changed as a result of the zoning approval process (zoning board case PZ-25-33).
Commission Update
01:26:46A. Brendan Shanahan, Historical Society Appointee, has stepped down from his position with the Historical Society. Marilynne Roach is currently seeking a new appointee from the Historical Society to replace Brendan Shanahan on the Historic District Commission.
